Epistemic policy
Every substantive assertion receives a status that determines its scope.
LXSpatium distinguishes CANONICAL, DERIVED, ESTABLISHED, MODEL, HYPOTHESIS, OPEN_QUESTION and INTERPRETATION.
Epistemic status is independent from authority. Information may be CANONICAL under SPATIUM or CORE authority; a result may be DERIVED; a view may be MODEL. Absence of information is never converted into a negative claim.
Separate axes: authority_scope, epistemic_status, lifecycle_status. Every substantive public output must be traceable to a source, status or representation category.
